Lamorna Cove is situated towards the southern tip of Land`s End peninsula, nestled at the end of a no through road which charts a course through a valley of the same name. The coastline lies some 250 metres to the South of the Cove. A rocky inlet with a harbour and seasonal cafe, Lamorna Cove is a popular location for sailing, water sports, diving and fishing amongst other pursuits.
The area surrounding the Cove has for generations been popular as a year-round holiday destination, characterised by its sandy beaches, coastal footpaths and natural landscapes. The charming fishing village of Mousehole is a 2 miles drive away or 1 hour walk away along the famous Cornish Coats path. The fishing port of Penzance is approximately 5 miles to the North East, providing a range of local services. The renowned open air Minack Theatre and stunning Porthcurno beachare within 6 miles of the property. A little further is of course Lands End and at either side of the famous landmark another two stunning sandy beaches, Sennen Cove and Nanjizil.
You can travel by air, car or train. The nearest town with a train station is Penzance, which is 6.2 miles away. Penzance has direct trains from London Paddington.
